Caroline N. Dealy is a professor at UConn Health with joint appointments in orthodontics, biomedical engineering, orthopedic surgery, and cell biology. Her work focuses on understanding how cartilage and other skeletal tissues develop, heal, and regenerate. Beyond her research, Dealy is a recognized leader in innovation and education, having founded the TIP Innovation Fellows program and the Connecticut Partnership for Innovation and Education. She also serves as faculty liaison for QuantumCT, a statewide initiative focused on building Connecticut’s quantum technology workforce. Through her leadership, mentorship, and entrepreneurial work, Dealy has helped create opportunities that connect cutting-edge science with real-world impact.
