Kathy Lynch is a seasoned leader in university–corporate engagement, currently serving as university director of corporate strategy & engagement at Yale University. Bringing more than 20 years of cross-sector experience in industry partnerships, research collaboration, and strategic project management, she directs teams dedicated to aligning business development, policy strategy, and communications in support of Yale’s research mission. Previously, she held leadership roles such as director of global partnerships for the Shared Value Initiative and inaugural director of corporate relations at Boston University, where she spearheaded corporate relations strategies and major collaborations. Lynch earned her Ph.D. and continues to apply her expertise in forging enduring, high-impact partnerships between academia and industry.
