Alison Malloy is a senior investment leader serving as Managing Director of Investments at Connecticut Innovations (CI), where she spearheads CI’s tech and consumer product investment strategies and manages the $50 million Future Fund with a strong emphasis on diversity. With more than 20 years of experience in technology and startup leadership — including co-founding and scaling the tech startup Design2Launch to successful exits — Malloy brings deep operational and board-level oversight skills to her role, sourcing, structuring, and accelerating high-growth companies. She also co-founded the Tidal River women investor network, serves as a frequent speaker and judge for entrepreneurial organizations, and actively drives CI’s mission to shape Connecticut’s innovation ecosystem.
