Christine Broadbridge

Christine Broadbridge is professor of physics and executive director of research & innovation at Southern Connecticut State University, with a Ph.D. in materials science and engineering from Brown University and research appointments at Yale and UConn. She has led over a dozen NSF-funded projects, including her role as researcher and education director for Yale’s MRSEC, which catalyzed the creation of the CT State Colleges and Universities Center for Nanotechnology. With three decades of experience in research and workforce development, she is launching the QuantumPath initiative to expand quantum education and innovation statewide. Broadbridge also champions rigorous program evaluation, supported by expert collaborator Bianca Montrosse-Moorhead.
